The garden is an exciting place to
explore. This week the children will
become plant detectives as we
investigate the beautiful world of
plants and flowers. Activities include
flower painting, planting flowers and
vegetables, and garden walks.

Botanical Gardens and Whitnall Park

It is said that a picture is
worth 1000 words. Capturiing the world
around us on paper, in photographs, and
even on the ground will be our task this
week. Say Cheese!!

We will be cooling off at the Brown Deer
Pond just as our summer begins to heat
up. Making sand castles and running
through sprinklers, a water balloon toss
and other wet n’ wild activities will
keep us cool all week long. It’s sure to
be a blast!

Stir, mix, place, and bake will be the
recipe for the week as the children
create different food concoctions to
make and eat! We will also be preparing
for our Great American Bake Sale, a
fundraiser designed to end childhood
hunger in America. Bring your appetites!

What is one of the first things that
come to mind when you think of pirates?
Treasure! Join us as we hunt for
treasures and avoid walking the plank.
Step aboard and be lively!
Tentative Trip: Possibility
Playground and Pirates Hollow Water Park

This is your chance to become a
Science Wizard. This week we will
perform experiments, concoct a secret
formula, and erupt our very own volcano.
As science wizards we will learn what
science is about and the many ways it
affects our world.

Climb, slide, and bounce all
week long with creative movement
activities that are sure to get our
hearts pumping. We will visit America’s
#1 inflatable party zone where we will
move among giant custom designed
fun-filled interactive play structures.
We will exercise and have fun too!
Tentative Trip: Pump it Up!

Let’s Rock n’ Roll our way through 5
days of obstacle courses and twisty and
turny fun. The children will also have a
rockin’ good time singing karaoke and
performing songs by our favorite rock
stars.

Hairy orangutans, charming chimps and
monkey bread fill out a week of
zooriffic fun. We will answer
interesting questions and discover
amazing facts about zoo animals in the
wild and zoo environment. We will talk
about the importance of conserving
wildlife and endangered species and
share that information with those around
us.
Tentative Trip: Milwaukee County
Zoo

End the summer with a week of fun-filled
activities,
games, and more. A field trip to
Cedarburg Park and Pool will wrap up the
summer and leave us with memories that
will last a lifetime.
