The goal of the Columbia St. Mary’s & Ebenezer Health Resource Center is to improve healthcare access, health education, health screening and deliver person centered care. The program is staffed by registered nurses, nurse practitioners and community health workers. Prevention and wellness are the core around which all activities are based. The program’s prevention-related activities are abundant in each of the four focus areas.
