Thank you for choosing Columbia St. Mary’s for your healthcare needs. We know that hospital bills and health insurance can be confusing. We also know that there are times when you may be facing financial hardships and you need some assistance. We are here to help.

PriceFinder
PriceFinder allows patients to inquire about hospital price information. To get your price estimate call PriceFinder at (414) 326-1900. PriceFinder services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Estimates provided by PriceFinder are an estimate of charges for the procedure/service without complications. This estimate does not include physician fees, such as radiologists, anesthesiologists, emergency room physician, or pathologists, or charges for any additional tests ordered for your care that are not routinely ordered as part of the procedure/service. Your final bill will include charges for the actual services provided to you. For questions about your financial obligation, we encourage you to contact your insurance company to verify details of your coverage.

Discounts
Columbia St. Mary’s offers a 20% discount to any patient without health insurance. There is an additional 20% discount available if the account balance is paid in full within 30 days of your first statement date. These discounts do not apply to deductibles, co-pay/co-insurance or accounts not paid in full.

Financial Assistance
For patients requesting financial assistance, Columbia St. Mary’s has trained Financial Counselors available at each hospital. Upon making an appointment, the financial counselor will meet with you to review what other financial assistance programs you may qualify for, including the Columbia St. Mary's charity care program. Please be advised that all services and/or programs may not qualify for the charity care program.
