Located at the Milwaukee Hospital, this shop offers convenience, quality and large selection of unique gifts.

Located at the Ozaukee Hospital, this shop offers a wide variety of merchandise and convenient shopping.

Flowers and gifts may be ordered directly from our hospital gift shops, during general business hours. Stop by to pick up something special or order by phone.

Delivery Terms

• Delivery is free.
• All gifts are hand delivered.
• Limited same-day delivery is available.

**Please note that special policies apply for intensive care and other select units. If we receive orders for items that cannot be delivered because of medical restrictions, you will be contacted.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed during open business hours. See shop hours for the hospital at which you require delivery.
• We will make every effort to process and deliver your order the same day. However, we cannot guarantee same day delivery in all cases.
• Orders received after normal business hours will be processed and delivered the next business day.
• All orders are delivered with a gift tag.
• If a patient has been discharged when we receive your order, or we cannot locate the patient based on the information provided, we will contact you and cancel your order.
