Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Milwaukee Website Nursery
Welcome to Columbia St. Mary’s Women's Hospital website nursery. Please
allow up to five days after the baby goes home from the hospital for
photographs to appear online.
To access a baby's photo, you will need a portrait ID number. This is given to the parents while the mother is still in the hospital if she agrees to have her baby's photograph appear on our website nursery. Photos are not posted on the website nursery unless the mother signs a consent form. Please note that some mothers may choose not to have their babies' photographs posted online.

How can I get a portrait ID number?
If the parents choose to have the baby's photograph posted
on our website nursery, they will be given a portrait ID number to share
with family and friends. It is up to the parents to share this portrait
ID number. Please do not call Columbia St. Mary’s Women's Hospital for
the portrait ID numbers; the hospital does not have access to any
portrait ID numbers.
Please note, you must have your portrait ID number for identity purposes and for us to communicate with you. If you are the parents and need your portrait ID number, please refer to your proof sheet given to you at the hospital. If you are a relative or friend of the newborn, please contact the parents for the portrait ID number. Due to security and privacy reasons, we cannot provide the portrait ID number to anyone after the hospital stay.
When are baby photos posted?
Please allow up to 5 days from the time the portraitis taken
for it to be available on-line. If after this time frame the baby's
photograph still cannot be viewed, please call Imaging Partners Group at
(800) 562-6762 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (CST) for
assistance.
How long are pictures online?
Currently, baby photos are available for viewing for at least six
months.
