Open enrollment is a once-a-year opportunity for you to re-evaluate your current healthcare coverage and, if you wish, make changes. It’s important to assess personal factors such as age, lifestyle and overall health when selecting a physician. Columbia St. Mary's healthcare system is comprised of five hospitals: Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Milwaukee, Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee, Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Institute, Columbia St. Mary's Women's Hospital and a joint venture with the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wiscsonsin.

You'll also have access to 65 community clinics located throughout Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Sheboygan and Washington Counties that offer primary care along with specialty services, treatments and procedures. For your convenience, we offer five urgent care centers.
