• I-43 South to Hwy C Exit
• Turn right (west) onto Hwy C (Cedarburg Exit)
• At the four-way stop, turn left onto Port Washington Rd. (Hwy. W)
• Go south on Port Washington Rd. 1.6 miles
• Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee will be on the right

Directions from the South:

• Take I-43 North to Mequon Rd. (Hwy 167 Exit)
• Turn left (west) onto Mequon Rd. to Port Washington Rd. (Hwy W)
• Continue on Port Washington Rd. 2.4 miles
• Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee will be on the left
