Support of family and friends is important to health and healing. Family members and friends are welcome to visit during general visiting hours. However, the health and well being of all our patients is our primary concern. Please check with the patient's nurse to determine the visiting times that best promote rest and healing. If any family member or friend has a cold, flu, runny nose, cough, fever, diarrhea, rash or a contagious disease, we ask that they refrain from visiting. Visitors under 12 years of age must be in the company of a responsible adult.
Under special circumstances or extended stays a patient's pet may be allowed to visit during their hospital stay. Visits must be arranged in advance. Please discuss your request with the patient's nurse prior to the pet's visit.

To Contact a Patient:
Call the information desk where the patient is hospitalized. Have the
patient's first and last name. The information desk personnel will
connect you to the patient's room.

Chapel Or Meditation Room
Chapel or Meditation Room is available at all Columbia St. Mary’s
hospitals. Visitors of all faiths are welcome to visit for worship,
prayer, and quiet reflection.
Milwaukee Hospital—A Meditation Room is on the first floor, and a Chapel
is on the second floor of the Heritage Center.
Ozaukee Hospital—The Chapel is on the second floor.
Parking and Valet Service
On-site parking for patients and visitors is available 24 hours a day,
seven days a week. Patients and visitors are cautioned not to park in
reserved areas or certain designated areas. Please be sure to lock your
car.
Valet parking is available at the main entrances of all Columbia St. Mary’s hospitals.
Pharmacy
For your convenience, two full-service pharmacies are available
at Columbia St. Mary’s.
Gift Shops
The gift shops exist in response to patients and their
visitors' need for comforting, convenience, as well as to provide a wide
selection of gift solutions for the community and hospital staff. A gift
shop is located at each Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital. For more

Dining For Your Guests
Family and friends are welcome to share a meal with you. They
may buy food from our cafeteria, where they may choose from a selection
of hot entrees, fresh salads, ethnic foods, and deli-style sandwiches.
Or, guests may use our in-room guest tray service and order menu items
directly from the Food Service representative. A charge for the guest
tray will be collected when the tray is delivered. Exact change is
required, please.

Milwaukee Hospital — The Garden Cafe is located on the Garden Level of
the main hospital.
Women's Hospital — A Coffee Shop is located just off of the 1st floor
lobby.
Ozaukee Hospital — Pilger Atrium Garden Level (G)
