Exceptional Patient Experience

CSM promotes healing through access to natureCSM's Healing Gardens aim to assist in the healing of the whole patient-mind, body and spirit

Recognizing the importance of healing the whole patient--mind, body and spirit--Columbia St. Mary's is excited to begin the creation of its Healing Gardens. Studies have shown that healing gardens greatly reduce the physical stress that accompanies a hospital visit, thereby speeding healing and improving outcomes.

Carefully designed to engage the visitor's senses with integrated environmental elements like a Koi pond and waterfall, wheelchair accessible pathways and spots for quiet reflection, plans for CSM's new gardens are underway, but your help is still need to make the gardens a reality.
