Since 1901, the Columbia College of Nursing has prepared healthcare professionals to meet patient needs 



For more than 100 years, Columbia College of Nursing has graduated nurses who go on to provide high-quality nursing care in the Milwaukee community and throughout the country. 

In the coming year, big changes are planned that will elevate the college's status and make earning a nursing degree more meaningful and convenient for students.

A Passion for Patient Care: Columbia St. Mary’s celebrates its volunteers 

April 18-24 marked a week-long celebration recognizing Columbia St. Mary’s volunteers. This annual celebration encourages reflection on not only the operational support provided by more than 675 volunteers, but also on the service standards they achieve to make Columbia St. Mary’s one of the premier healthcare networks in the state.

Columbia St. Mary’s is building the “Hospital of the Future” on Milwaukee’s east side. In May, we continue to have major progress in drywalling, ceiling installation and completion of some patient levels.

On May 9, Mother’s Day kicks off National Women’s Health Week, a week-long observance focusing on educating women to take the necessary steps to improve their physical and mental health.
