Playing in the Mud: No Longer Just
On Saturday, June 9, the Women’s Heart Secrets Program got dirty. Really dirty. Boni Wendel explains how a big hill, a lot of mud, and a favorite water toy have been combined to create a hot new fitness trend in her new blog entry.
Tired of Being Told to “Eat Right and Exercise”?
“Eat right, exercise; eat right, exercise…” Blah, blah blah. We’ve all heard it a million times, but what does it really mean?, Boni Wendel, nurse practitioner and facilitator of the Columbia St. Mary’s Women’s Heart Secrets Cardiac Program, will discuss the roles food and activity have on your heart as well as realistic ways to take care of it so it keeps ticking for years to come in her class entitled, “A Woman’s Heart”. This class is geared to women over age 55. Call (414) 963-WELL (9355) to register.
