Our team of Head and Neck Cancer experts focus on diagnosing and treating patients quickly and effectively. Our focus on mind, body and spirit in treating the whole patient, is evident in our team’s special attention to quality of life and minimizing side effects while eliminating cancer.
Because cancer patients form relationships with multiple physicians as they begin their journey into survivorship, we work to make this process as simple as possible. We bring all the experts, physicians, nurses, support people and other caregivers together to enhance communication among providers. This strengthens the patient’s role as a true member of the Team that is making decisions about the treatment plan.

Smoking is the number one cause of oral cancers and we at Columbia St. Mary’s take smoking cessation programs very seriously. For all our patients, we proactively determine smoking behavior and provide education and assistance for those interested in quitting.
We also work with oral surgeons and dentists throughout Southeastern Wisconsin to help raise awareness about risk factors and early detection.
