For more than a decade, Columbia St. Mary’s has cared for the most difficult pregnancies through our Perinatal Assessment Center and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) services. We have the knowledge to evaluate, treat and support women and their babies in even the most complicated situations. The expertise of our dedicated specialists combined with technological advancements, have led to more healthy moms and babies.
In the event that a high-risk pregnancy would have you staying with us prior to the birth of your baby, rest assured that you would be staying in a comfortable and private room on our Antepartum Unit. You’ll be cared for by a knowledgeable and compassionate nursing staff along with other members of the healthcare team.

Located within the Columbia St. Mary's Women's Hospital, the Perinatal Assessment Center is staffed with experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians and nurses. At the Center, expectant moms are evaluated to determine what specialized treatments may be needed if complications occur during pregnancy. Appointments are made by physician referral.
