Specialists are available to help parents and families cope with emotional and social concerns that may arise during pregnancy and throughout the first year of your baby's life. Services include referring families to resources in the community, and arranging for insurance approved follow-up care including medical equipment, supplies, outpatient rehabilitation therapy or nursing visits to the home. Columbia St. Mary's cannot issue copies of birth certificates. Copies of
birth certificates can be requested from the County Clerk in the county
where you or your child was born or from the State of Wisconsin Vital
Records, Department of Health & Family Services. Below is a link to
the State of Wisconsin's birth certificate Website that includes
instructions on obtaining an official copy.
New Parents Network at CSM Hospital Milwaukee
For the past five years, this group has been meeting every week for camaraderie and support. Join other parents and their babies to discuss the many life changes surrounding the birth of your newborn.
