Kris Sell, PT

Kris Sell is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from West Virginia University. She specializes in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine.

“I feel that rehabilitation should be a joint effort between the therapist and the patient. Following through with an exercise program or recommendations are extremely important for a successful outcome. I try to make the experience as enjoyable as possible, and to build a good rapport with the patient, so that they are comfortable with their experience.”

Andy Paquette, PT

Andy Paquette specializes in outpatient orthopedics. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

“I assess every aspect of patients’ lives to develop customized physical therapy approaches. I look at how they perform their everyday activities such as work, recreational activities, driving, laundry, grocery shopping, sleeping, reading, just to name a few. I believe that by assessing their posture and body mechanics during these everyday activities, I can use this information to help them to not only achieve their optimal outcomes, but to also maintain what they achieved long after they're discharged.”
