“I believe in treating the patient as an entire individual, encouraging a team relationship between the patient and the Physical Therapist. I use a McKenzie based approach in the treatment of neck and back issues, emphasizing postures and positioning specific movements to centralize pain. I follow this with stabilization and CORE strengthening.”
